Delete Your Account

In the Yewki app on iOS or Android:

• →Open your Profile, then tap the Settings (gear) icon.
• →Under Account, tap Delete Account.
• →Type your username to confirm, then tap Delete My Account. Your account is deactivated immediately and you are signed out.

If you no longer have the app, send a deletion request through our contact form from the email address of your Yewki account. We confirm the request by email and delete the account within 30 days.

• →You have 30 days after deletion to sign back in and reactivate your account. After 30 days, your account information, profile, session history, GPS recordings, routes, stats, XP and social connections are permanently deleted from our servers, except for the data below.
• →The posts (title and text) and comments you wrote on the feedback portal stay. They show “Deleted rider” as the author, not your name. To have them hidden or removed, contact us through our contact form and include links to the posts.
• →A shared trip that you own passes to the member who joined the trip first, so the other members keep it. Pending invites do not count. Your own sessions on it are deleted. A trip with no other joined members is deleted.
• →Notifications that other riders already received may still show your username.
• →Service providers we use (analytics, crash reporting, billing and email delivery) may keep data about you, such as your account identifier, email address or purchase history, for their own retention periods.
• →Deleted data is removed from our backups when the backups expire.
• →We keep a record of administrative actions on accounts for security. It may include details of the action and your account identifier.
• →Data already written to Apple Health or Health Connect stays there. Remove it in the Health app or the Health Connect app.
• →After the 30 days, deletion cannot be undone.

Deleting your account does not cancel a Yewki Pro subscription. Cancel it first in your App Store account (iOS) or in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions (Android).
